PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk (ITMG) raises fresh funds of IDR 148.60 billion from selling 5,446,100 shares of treasury stock a couple of days ago (22-23/3). Junius Prakasa Darmawan, Director of Indo Tambangraya Megah, confirmed the news in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (24/3).
It was mentioned that the offering of buyback shares on March 22, 2022, amounted to 500,000 units of shares, which were sold for IDR 26,650 each. Meanwhile, another 4,946,100 shares were sold for IDR 27,350 shares on March 23, 2022. “The remaining shares from the buyback that have not been sold following yesterday’s transaction now reach 2,343,600 shares,” Darmawan added.
Earlier this month, the company also secured IDR 275.79 billion from selling 1,329,400 shares. The said transaction was made using a selling price ranging from IDR 26,650 to IDR 26,675 per share.
As of February 2022, ITMG reportedly owned 33,369,100 shares in its treasury stock, or 2.95% of 1,129,925,500 shares. The shareholders included Banpu Minerals of 65.14%, public investors (below 5% each) of 31.91%, and the treasury stock of 2.95%.
