PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (EMLI) through the Mobil Lubricants brand presents the Mobil Super All-in-One Protection 0W-20 product.Launched in August 2020, the Mobil Super All-in-One Protection 0W-20 product is ready to serve market needs for API SP standard lubricants.
Mobil Consumer Brand General Manager, Rommy Averdy said that Mobil Lubricants’ move to present the Mobil Super All-in-One Protection 0W-20 is a form of the company’s efforts to answer the challenges of the automotive market which is increasingly growing.
“We continue to be committed and strive to always be at the forefront in presenting product innovations that can provide the best protection for vehicle engines,” said Rommy in a written statement.
API SP is the latest engine lubricant standard issued by the American Petroleum Institute (API), a trade association and lubricant quality testing and inspection agency representing the natural gas and oil industry segments.
With the API SP standard, Mobil Super All-in-One Protection 0W-20, which has a full synthetic base material with Heat Activated Anti-wear Molecule, is believed to provide better protection against wear, and maintain engine temperature stability.
This latest standard update is also believed to make the Mobil Super All-in-One Protection 0W-20 able to maximize efficiency and provide extra protection for modern engines equipped with injection and turbocharging systems, even when the engine is working harder than usual.
Rommy said that in the future, Mobil Lubricants will continue to update the standard and quality of its lubricants by keeping abreast of developments and vehicle needs, both in Indonesia and globally.
Mobil Lubricants believes that this step is a strategic step for Mobil Lubricants to continue to be at the forefront of competition in the automotive market, especially lubricants.
“Our target in the near future is to be able to present this API SP specification standard for our entire line up of lubricant products,” added Rommy.
